Live The Life You Love

We all share a vision of living a vibrant, energetic and fulfilling life in perfect health. Yet our bodies and brains are under permanent attack from poor dietary choices, lack of exercise, stress, sleep deprivation, negative emotions and environmental toxins. Our hectic, performance-driven Western lifestyle takes a huge toll on our overall well-being.

Though no one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.❞

I believe that food is medicine and nutrition is the most powerful tool to empower each of you to take your health in your own hands and live the life you love.

My Mission

Christian Beilke Sport Nutrition Coaching was created to improve lives through teaching practical and sustainable nutrition principles and building better habits, because nutrition is at the forefront of optimal health.

Guiding driven individuals down the path of practical and sustainable lifestyle nutrition, helping implement structured nutrition principles, and teaching concepts behind the mechanisms that regulate and influence our metabolism is what really drives me.

Nutrition is never simply black or white, good or bad, healthy or unhealthy. Rather than dealing in absolutes, opting to always take the objective approach given the context of an individual, their identity, goals and the situation produces lasting results from your coaching experience through accountability, education, communication and structure.

Your Coach

My name is Christian Beilke. Eating large quantities of high quality, nutrient-dense, whole foods and regular exercising are some of my favorite things to do. The grocery store and the kitchen are some of my favorite places to be.

I have a vision that one day everyone will be able to take ownership for their own health and wellbeing. I believe that education is ultimately the missing key for those who struggle to achieve long-term success with their nutrition.

The biggest advantages you can expect from your coaching experience are objectivity and accountability, the two single factors people struggle with most.
