Personal Nutrition Coaching

Chances are that at this point you have been through a lot and you are tired, frustrated, disillusioned and just want to feel like yourself again. Four years ago, I have been there myself and now I hear it every day from my clients.

People just like you that have been through every new diet, spent huge amounts of money, taken tons of supplements, have a stack of confusing lab results, been put on medication after medication only to find they still feel awful or sometimes even worse than before they started.

Instead of trying to fix the symptoms, the better strategy is to place all the attention on how to use real food to recover balance and harmony in all your bodily systems. Your body requires food as its primary fuel to support and nourish the health and function of every cell within your body. You will learn how to nourish your body based on your body’s feedback. And this will stick with you for the rest of your life.

Yes…it will require some work on your part, but if you are up for the task, you will succeed!

This is why I focus on establishing three pillars that must be in order to actually make substantial lasting changes.

Identity

Your identity creates your habits, your habits produce your actions, then your actions dictate your results. In order to have success we must first create the identity that no longer succumbs to circumstance and existing habits.

Education

Understanding and comprehension are driving forces behind consistency and adherence. Making changes is much easier when you are precisely clear on why and how the changes will benefit you.

Structure

Consistency is the most impactful factor determining success, and consistency is first built upon structure. Different life and schedule demands warrant a unique structure tailored specifically to you.

I believe, four weeks is the absolute minimum time required to start making substantial and lasting changes to your health journey, but more realistically you should be committed to give yourself up to one year.

What can you expect from your coaching experience? Objectivity and accountability, which happen to be the two single factors most people struggle with the most.
